New Tuition Policy - Effective July 1st


Hello Parents,

Starting July 1st, we will be enacting a new tuition payment policy. Starting that month, all team or pre-team participants will need to have a method of auto-payment submitted on their accounts. (ACH Bank Draft or Credit Card). The rest of the gym will follow in August or September.

We consistently receive significantly late payments, well beyond the 5th of the month. This makes it difficult taking care of our payroll and bills that come at the beginning of the month. We will longer carry the burden of late payments when credit card companies are more than willing to do so.

I will post charges for the upcoming month a couple of weeks before the due date on the 1st of the month. After the 5th, the payment would be considered late. This would only occur if the draft comes back as insufficient funds or credit card payment is denied. A $20.00 Late fee will then be applied to the account. After the 6th, a $5.00/day late fee will be added to the account until the 15th, at which point your child will NOT be allowed to participate until the balance is paid in full.

If you would like to make a payment with cash or check, you are still welcome to do so prior to the auto draft being initiated at the beginning of the month. You still must have a form of auto payment on file, however.

Im attaching instructions on signing up for auto payments that I have sent out before. Samantha or I can also help you in person at the gym if you grab one of us there.
